Improved soil conditions, careful cultivar selection, and attentive tree growth enable us to produce high-quality olives.

Naturally rich in polyphenols, particularly hydroxytyrosol, our organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the result of the olive trees' survival instinct in the harsh desert environment. The intense stress caused by 127°F summers, rocky soil, and lack of water triggers the trees to produce a remarkable quantity of antioxidants, resulting in an extraordinary hydroxytyrosol content.

Our organic EVOO production process is meticulously designed to ensure sustainability. From the selection of the right cultivars in an unspoiled environment to the use of mechanical processes and first-cold pressing, every aspect is carefully considered to deliver a premium, organic product.

The cultivars used in our olive groves include the bicentenary Picholine du Languedoc, Picholine Marocaine, Menara, Haouzia, Chemlali, and Dahbia, as well as the modern Arbequina and Arbossana varieties. Grown in the Marrakech region at an altitude of 390 meters, our 245-hectare (605-acre) orchards thrive in a well-balanced soil composition.

With a maximum acidity of 0.2% to 0.4% when bottled, our organic EVOO is produced through a two-phase continuous system and first-cold pressing, ensuring the highest quality and nutritional value. The resulting yield ranges from 11.5% to 15%, and the harvest period spans from late September to late December.

Our organic EVOO line includes Atlas, Les Terroirs de Marrakech, Desert Miracle, and Atlas Natural Spray, each with its own distinct aroma and flavor profile, ranging from sweet and mild to seasoning and well-balanced.
